New Hire Reporting

* available in specific payroll packages only

Employers are required to report information on new hires to the appropriate state agency within 20 days of the date of hire, this coming from the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA). This affects employees who are hired, rehired or who return to work after a separation of employment. (Some states may have more stringent reporting requirements).

Let Cardinal handle new hire reporting requirements by reporting all your new employees, when they are hired, to the correct agency.
